Hi guys
Just gave the car a clean out today and noticed the two fuse boxes in the footwells
so i removed the covers just to see what fuses are in each one (for future reference)
What i did not notice was any removal tool for the fuses and there was no way
i could remove any fuses with just my fingers if i needed to.
So i take it the mk2 gs300 came with a fuse removal tool but mines is..
a,, lost
b,, somewhere where else i can't find
Can someone tell me where i should look to find mine,(if i have one)
cheers
and happy Easter

Hi guys
I have tried following a few links on the forum for a pdf download of the workshop manual
but they all seem out of date/deleted.
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for a working pdf download
of the mk2 gs300 se workshop manual.
cheers

Hi Guys
Just back from my first long run since buying the car (1998 gs300)
Sitting on the motorway with the cruise control set at 60mph
and the sat nav saying 57mph all was good with the world.
Then i got to wondering about the revs,
The engine was spinning at 2000rpm at that speed
Can anyone tell if this is correct ?
does everyone's car sit at 2k rpm or there abouts at an indicated 60mph ?
Just shows i had nothing else to worry about in this great car lol
cheers

Hi Guy`s
Just a wee update on this,
On the way to Lexus Edinburgh this morning to enquire about a new lock nut key
and the other half decides she wants to go shopping first.
So as i drive into the morrisons car park i seen an rac van sitting
so i parked next to it and asked the driver if he knew of a way to remove the lock nuts
anyway long story short,,the wheel lock nuts are no longer a problem.result
cheers for the input guy`s

Hi Guys
I picked up my new (to me) 1998 gs300 last week
I am pleased with it so far apart from a couple of small niggles,
1, exhaust is blowing a bit,,soon to be fixed
2,brakes seem a bit spongy/soft,,hopefully just need a good bleeding (no warning lights showing)
3,no locking wheel nut removal key.
does any one know if lexus could supply a key (i have a four digit code in the service book)
I will try to upload a pic of the spare lock nut incase someone has a spare key that will fit.
cheers

Only thing i can suggest is to slacken off the bleed nipple on the caliper
then try to push back the piston(s)
