Hi I'm new to the site so go easy on me. I used to have an X5 which was stolen so I m in the market for a new 4x4. I am interested in an RX400h, a guy I work with swears by Lexus and has just bought his third. The only thing that puts me off are stories about the small auxiliary battery going flat that starts it. I might leave the car at an airport from time to time for upto a week, maybe two and I've read some horror stories about not being able to unlock them etc. Have any of you experienced any problems, seems such a shame as the car gets great reviews for everything else. I am after a 2007/8 so I could insist on a new battery as part of the deal. I'm not keen on setting up solar panels and trickle charging etc, if I pay 15-17k for a used car want to know it will start. Should I be worried? Your feedback and views would be appreciated. Thanks
