  1. Ah ok. Yes, I obviously misread it last night. Will get it looked at ASAP. Thanks all.
  2. It's this light. The manual says it is categorically one of those two things. Isn't petrol because its got half a tank.
  3. On the way home to visit family last night this light came on. Manual advises it's either total lack of petrol (not that) or problem with electronic throttle control. Car seems to drive normally, just judders a bit when it's idling. Is it going to let me down or will I be ok to drive the 2 hours back to London and get my dealer to look at it? IS200 Sport Any thoughts much appreciated! Cheers.
  4. Oh right, so there should be a fixed nut behind the bumper and therefore no easy access. Gotcha. In which case sticky pads seem like the way forward. I'll do that - thanks very much for your help, much appreciated!
  5. HI all, Hoping someone can help me out here. Noticed the other day that one of the screws that holds my front number plate on has worked itself loose, so the plate is now hanging off just one screw. Bought replacement screws and assumed it would be an extremely simple job, but the seems to be no way to access behind the plate to hold the nut in place that screws onto the bolt from the other side. Any ideas?! It's a 2003 IS200. Any help much appreciated. Cheers, Will
  6. Hi all, I'm new to the forum - just bought my first Lexus (IS200 Sport) and am extremely pleased with it (bar petrol costs, but I went into it with my eyes open!) Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for a bluetooth car kit? I don't mind spending a bit of money on it and at the moment am leaning towards the Parrot MKi9200 which seems to be about £135-150 plus fitting costs. Is that a good choice or should I be looking at something altogether different? Anyone got one and have any feedback on it? Any advice much appreciated. Cheers, Will
