Thanks for the comment. I will check out the heater stat as the blower only works on high when switched to manual. A local Lexus service advisor has suggested the problem my be a blown Resistor Block associated with the blower. Any thoughts???

I am having a similar problem. What are the other 8 codes? I perform the Aircon check above and seem to get codes of 14 and 15.

The AC/Heater Fan in my 1996 LS400 stays in the high position regardless of the temp setting. It will occasionally go to a lower speed but does not stay low very long. Has anyone encountered this issue.

I am replacing the hood struts in my 1996 ls400 for the third time. This seems rather frequent to me. Has anyone experienced this frequency?
