As title suggests can I sell or advertise my is200 on here?

Ok here goes. Had a new radiator put in my 200 about 5 days ago since then every other day the radiator has dropped down its coolant level but not the header tank which still sits at full so i top up the rad from the metal cap but it still drops down. It is blowing a bit steamy out the back but it has been freezing last couple of days. I need HELP!! Plus on start up there is a gushing noise of water with what sounds like scratching behind the dash! Answers on a postcard please :(
