  1. Btw, your comment about not liking your wheels, are they corroded? mine are, I know an online supplier, who does Lexus wheels at reasonable price -the same price that a wheel-refurbisher quoted me, so I'm still deciding, believe it or not, Halfords do a tyre/wheel combination at around £600 total, which ain't half-bad looking,Iain.
  2. Hi Ben, your going to love this car, I bought my LS400 recently, (98 model) and love it, so smooth and powerful to drive, i had to replace the gas shocks on the bonnet recently, as they were knackered, your probably wise to this, but never source parts from a Lexus dealer, their prices are astronomic, hope you have many hours of pleasure driving your LS400.all the best, Iain.
  3. Hi, sorry to kick-off my new membership of this excellent site with a problem. I manually locked my LS400 on Friday, next day tried the remote to unlock-no reaction from car, tried the other remote, the same, both the batteries in the remotes are sound( they flicker red when pressed) there are no clicking sounds from the car or anything -trouble is, I'm wary about unlocking it with the key, as I'm afraid of setting-off the alarm, which may not react to the remote signal, any help on this problem would be greatly appreciated.
