P.s its 2007 with 100k miles

Hi my is220 has check vsc lights on. No power at all I have cleaned the egr valve which was clogged with black carbon but it hasnt helped. Does anything else need cleaning? Any suggestions. P.s keep it simple im no mechanic thanks guys. :-)
