Wana

i know it wont make any difference but my coil packs have been failing first 1+2 then 5+6 now 2+3 i bought 6 second hand but because they are basically all failing i have bought 6 new ones is there a sequence to which number the coil packs are i.e are they numbered 123456 from the front of the car thanks

thank's for replys got car back last wednesday head was skimmed 15 thou quite a lot apparently everything seems to be fine running ok keeping fingers crossed

i unfortunately cooked my engine.......water pump went and head gasket blown i took it to a mechanic i know and he has had the head skimmed he has put it back together but needed a breather pipe for something he contacted lexus and explained what he wanted and mentioned he had the head skimmed....they then told him that if you skim the head you will not be able to get the engine to run again. Is this true? If he does manage to get the engine running what problems am i likley to encounter if any? thank's
