I have a is200 1999 I am change in the steel to a aftermarket sterio but having problems getting the right ISO lead for it my car has sat nav in it and non of the leads fit the connections on the car can anybody help me please on what lead I need and if anybody els has had this problem thank you for your time -

I have sat nav in my is200 and I am fitting a aftermarket radio but can't find any leads at all has any body found any or know of any that are out there I don't want to lose the sat nav thank you -
i have a lexus is200 1999 model my keys stopped working had them reprogramed 2 times lexus says that i need to get a new code box for the car but dont know were it is or its propper name they cost nearly 600 thats fitted aswell lexus havebtold me to look on ebaybtonfind a second hand one but dont know what i am lookimg
