    cheers its a manual..thank for all your feed back..the reverse gear is still to the left and up but when i put it over to the left its goin to far over and hitting of the handbrake anybody have this problem before orr know how to fix it? cheers

    when i put my car in to reverse the gear stick is hitting off the handbrake..i noticed from lookin at another lexus the my gearstick is laying to the left..rather than the conventional way of lying over to the right andbody know what my problem could be??
