  1. Mine has been driven for 130 000 miles and now left rear shock only had 27% "power" left. Koni shocks feel good, I have only driven on them for month now. They are adjustable.
  2. http://www.larkspeed.com/index.pl?c=KONISHOCKSLEXUS&s=category I ordered mine and the delivery took almost three weeks because they had to order them from Holland and then deliver to me to Finland. Probably much faster delivery if you live closer to UK.
  3. Try Koni shocks. I bought to my 220d rear shocks from www.larkspeed.com, UK dealer. I guess they are only brand making shocks for Lexus..? Original shocks to my Lexus would have cost 400€/piece, but i managed to get Koni from Larkspeed 160€/piece. :)
