I tend to drive with headlights on all the time with sun so low this time of year so not real good value

Condensation

Mine is the same, if I leave for more than 4 days the screen is dripping on the inside. I have been informed that the reason is the car is so well insulated once the doors are closed that any condensation this time of year will naturally form on the screen. I intend to buy one of those salt trays that you can buy for caravans to sit in the rear foot well while I'm away when the car is parked up at work for long durations. This will soak up the moisture naturally in the air. -
I fitted Osram Night Breaker headlight bulbs this week at a cost of £33 from Amazon. Quite a fiddly job as air filter has to be removed to give access to drivers side lamp and washer bottle tube moved for passenger side. Whole job took about an hour and must say can't really see any difference at moment although it has been raining non stop so difficult to judge.

JUST HAD THIS REPLY FROM BRISTOL SUNROOFS A 700 tvs supply and fit £1299 plus vat SEEMS AN AWFUL LOT FOR A SUNROOF.

Bobby I am surprised you are a little disappointed with the petrol performance. I have owned many 2.5 V6 engined cars and have found that I am returning 45mpg on long runs which can not be sniffed at, certainly better than the BMW and Audi V6s. Glad your enjoying your IS as much as me and the sound system is just fantastic.

I have owned by is250 V6 petrol for 2 years this month, (2007 model), and having owned over 50 cars in 33 years, this one certainly has hit a huge soft spot with me. It ticks all the boxes and I am looking forward to another 2 years with her unless the numbers come in on a Saturday night and I would have no doubts about trading in for a new Lexus.
