  1. We are getting a ferry from Portsmouth to Santander and then driving down to southern Spain this summer in my GS450h. Worked out how to get all the luggage in which is a bonus but I have 2 questions I hope you can help with. 1) Changing lights for driving on the right - is it the same as it always was (stick a reflector on the headlamp glass) or does the Lexus (being that the lights are directional) have a facility to adjust for the other side of the road? 2) Speedo readings - in daylight, I can only see the MPH scale (the inner km/h scale doesn't seem to light up). Is there a way of making it light up either through a button or through techstream (I have the cable and the software)? Thanks all, Michael
  2. My first post here. I just purchased a 2008 GS40h SE-L model at the weekend and paid less than £8k. Of course it's done a lot more mileage (130k on the clock) but it looks and drives like new with one owner and full Lexus service. Only problems I have found are 1 missing TPMS valve (standard valve fitted) and 1 non-functioning front parking sensor. All in, I would reckon on £400 to fix. My point here isn't to boast but to say that Lexus build quality is excellent so high miles shouldn't put you off and you could have £6k change in the bank (that would pay for a lot of incidental repairs).
