Can anyone tell me if a towbar off a 99 is200 will fit a is300 sportcross 2002 please

I have stripped out my is200 for track car project (keeping it road legal) can anyone advise me how to trick the seat airbags so the dash light isn't on. Iv seen resistors can be use but wat ohm etc.
