The key fob button doesn't release the boot either. I agree that a fuse sounds most likely but I'm not sure there is a dedicated fuse. Everything else works though.

Neither the interior button or the boot release button on the boot lid will work and I wondered if anyone could help with possible faults? Thanks

I have white smoke emmissions coming from car particularly evident when changing gear. I don't appear to be burning oil, or coolant and there is no smell or impact on the driving of the car. Being a diesel, I'm thinking that its something to do with the catalytic converter but wondered if members have a better idea?

Hi I've just bought a 2006 IS220d and an occasional fault occurs with the front nearside headlamp unit where it just occasionally goes out. It works 95% of the time and then just goes out without flickering or anything like that. If I restart the car it works again. I wondered if anone has got any idea what might be causing the fault?
