I thought I would say hello. I am looking for a car for my wife to replace her trusted Audi A4. I was originally looking at the 220d but after reading posts on this forum and elsewhere I think I will be going for a 250 SE-L Auto. We have always stuck with German cars, I love BMW's but currently drive a Mercedes myself. I am pleasantly surprised at the equipment levels of the IS SE-L, I have keyless go and a reversing camera in my Mercedes and love both features. I really like the look of the interior of the IS in the right colour. I have done some reading so now have a list of things to look out for. My wife is currently getting around 27mpg combined out of her Audi 2.0 petrol and by the look of things she can expect to get the same out of a IS 250 which is impressive. I am hoping to go and see one tomorrow so will report back. If I do get it I am sure I will have lots of questions.
