This any good?

No problems at all - a direct swap out for the old one
-
I bought a nice 32" widescreen a couple of year's ago from Comet online and did not have any problems, the issue with a lot of online stores like Empire is they often charge sooo much for shipping. If you have a problem they will exchange with X amount of time and if you are really not happy then you can go to a store and kick and shout.

I'm not going round the back of any bulding with any grease monkeys for no amount of cash!! :winky:

Terrible Mr Morse or is that Endeavour?

Good Luck mate, my brother in law did the same thing - took redundancy and retrained as Heating & Vent and just coincidentally he is coming around on Saturday to put be a new condensing system in for me.

US spec kit works fine, a guy at work has just brought back a nice HP from a trip to the states, has a remote control for the TV/DVD playback, nice bit of kit. I used to sell a lot of Acers to schools, they are 'supposed' to be one of the few actual manufacturers in the world, again good kit, better priced than HP.

Bosch are not the best apparently?
-
Thanks all, cheers Bob - I will buy one tomorrow and let you know.

So where is a good place to go for a Battery? And what if this does not fix the problem?
-
-
Thats what I used in smooth black
-
One more thing to throw into the pot is that I have just been out and tried it again and the stereo keeps flashing on and off and won't stay on?
Still the Battery?

Help please, a few times over the past year the car has not started on first turn of the key, I put this down to just 'one of those things' a couple of days ago it refused to start and only did so on about the 4th attempt, I went for a spin then put the car in the garage.
Tried to start the car now and all I get is a machine gun rat'a'tat'tat noise coming from the engine and no turn over, volt meter shows power and all the lights work etc.
Has the starter motor failed?

I bought a wire brush thingy for a drill and then went at them with that, stripped it off in no time.

They have already changed the spec of the outgoing model. I think they have full leather, sat nav and the new alloys all for the same price as the old SE, I think they also have the better traction control system taken from the IS300 now. Go haggle, some sales guy always needs to hit target!
Won't Start!
