Just got my car back from the garage today VSV changed ,now no lights or hesitation and goes like a dream. Funny though the mechanics found a mouse nest under the manifold,including mouse bones and chewed vacuum hoses and wires to the vsv chewed through. Glad I took it in.

Hi John Thanks for reply ,i have it booked in this Monday at a local garage. The car hesitates under hard acceleration when it hits 4000 revs (sounds amazing )but under normal acceleration it picks up fine . Will have to see it this helps.

Hi Dave Fault code was P1651, now have the parts and will attempt to fit the valve over the weekend .Have you the same problem ?

Hi I am new to the owners club and after having an IS200 which suffered the usual lighting issue I sold it.I now have a 2004 GS430 Sport which has a VSV light on and fault shows its the VSV valve that needs replacing. Part on order and fingers crossed it does the trick.
