I like to let them know I'm watching them, by standing right up to the viewing window - a few minutes is all it takes to make them understand not to screw up :)

This exact same thing, reduced my 'punishment' from a ticket and fine, to just a fine..

That does seem awful quick, pads at an extreme - but no way discs, unless they've kept skimming them.
But not so in this case..

Have you tried speaking to Mike Barter, he's the main man there apparently. That's whose dealing with my case at the moment.
Got a courtesy call from him yesterday , just giving me an update on whats going on.

I'm not sure if it was the Bosch one or Halfords one (both are very good). Which ever you choose, it was recommended on here that you go for one higher than the standard power rating one - I think standard is 45Ah, and recommended is 60Ah.
I'm sure someone will correct me if not..

While I'm at uni, I want to buy some of these Creative Lab 2.1 speakers for my laptop - but I'm confused as to which ones to buy. The more I search on the web for them, the more models I see.
I want to get quite recent model ones, but don't realy want to spend more than about £50.
Few of my friends have got theres from eBay, but I can't really find any.
Was considering CREATIVE I-TRIGUE 3300 2.1 Speakers but I'm not sure if there are better ones out there for this sort of money.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
