Hi, has anyone ever come across (on their RX450h) the sat nav and entertainment system to give up the ghost? The car is only 5.5 years old and Lexus have done a short diagnostic (I guess to test fuses and the simple probabilities) but 'never come across' this problem before. Not even at the customer service head office (who have been no help whatsoever). The mouse or remote still moves back to position when you turn the car on and the screen is showing a map of where you are going, but the music (DVD and radio), sat nav, address/blue tooth etc - none of it works. If the whole thing needs replacing its going to cost upwards of 1700 GBP! As far as I can tell, this is not a wear and tear item (head office customer service did agree with me on that front!! But has anyone else had this problem before?
