More money then you will be willing to spend. I looked heavily into this and came to the conclusion it would be cheaper to buy one already converted to 1JZGTE. Due to 'drift tax' these engines and gearboxes are very pricey and/or thrashed.

I couldn't go back to non heated seats now! I'd miss that weird sensation of feeling like I've soiled myself on the drive to work.
