What does 'connection not possible id=214' mean???

Can anyone please help me,I have a is300h (Dec 2013) model with premium navigation,I have created an account on Lexus for connected services and I have also paired my phone to the car with the hope of using Google street view and parking etc.. Every time I have signed in my username and password and attempt to use one I always get 'connection not possible id=214' I'm completely stuck and would appreciate so help or advice it driving me mad.
