I have a lexus is220d 2007 with a parrot kit installed now the sound of the kit works fine speakers are fine but the stereo turns on but no sound from the unit no idea what's going on any suggestions?

I have a lexus is220d 2007 with a parrot kit installed now the sound from the parrot kit works perfect and the stereo turns on but no sound coming from the stereo. Speakers work fine. What could be the problem?
