  1. I've also got a very slight vibration in my GS450H at similar speeds to you. It's not actually bad at all but I can feel it's not perfect. I too thought it was tyres+wheel balancing. I had some £30/piece Chinese crap tyres on when I bought it and have recently swapped them all for Dunlop Sports all round. I had read reviews the Chinese tyres had poor tolerances and caused lots of vibration issues for people, I also thought the new tyres+rebalancing would help. Now, despite the car being a hell of a lot quieter and not lighting up the TC at 30mph the vibration is still present. I suspect if your problem is like mine, it's not the tyres. I would be very surprised if your tyres have flat spotted - never heard of that with modern tyres over such a short period as long as pressures are ok. I'm guessing mine is a suspension problem but don't know where to start. It was serviced at a dealer 4k miles ago and clearly not picked up. Any advice or an update on your progress will be appreciated.
  2. 38mpg is a-roads and cross country with round abouts etc. I was keeping up with traffic and sticking to speed limit. I should add this is computer data, I'm yet to do a brim to brim calculation. I'll check out the provenance of the discs! Thanks
  3. Many thanks for all the replies. I am now the owner of a 2007 GS450H SE with 91k and 6 months Lexus warranty remaining, I paid £6k. It is a nice car and should do me well for my work journeys. My first trip I got 38mpg. A couple of questions: it seems the rear blind is faulty, not going up and seems to be stuck now. I'm guessing the warranty will cover it and will ask when I'm next in the dealer - any one else had this problem? The Sat Nav discs are 14-15 but the reliability seems a bit dodgy, it cuts out sporadically and loses destination - I also can't seem to get an ETA to show up. I can also program the route whilst driving - is this correct? Thanks,
  4. Thanks. How do do I know what I'm looking for with regards to nav discs? I've done a search but they don't have dates? Would a 2012 work with my car? good suggestion with regards tape converter I don't mind hardwiring something and would prefer to do it that way if possible? Any suggestions? cheers
  5. Hi all, I'm looking into purchasing an 07 GS450h and need some expert advice please. 1. Sat nav discs. Are there more up to date ones than the 2007 discs that can be purchased that work with this head unit? 2. I would like to listen to music by aux in 3.5mm Jack or/and USB. Is there a good after market solution and a guide how to install it? many thanks,
