  1. I did take the valve off and clean it. It was quite cloged up, but it did marginal difference. I get 1bar of boost, but I have no idea if this is normal or outside the specs. I also dont know the actual way the ERG is controlled. Is it constantly letting exhaust into the manifoil according the desired emision profile or is it disabled under/over certain rpms or engine loads?
  2. Hello all. I have a lexus 220D that has developed a habit of not producing power in low revolutions. I got a scaner and are monitoring motor parameters on a andoid app while driving, but I have noe idea what it is supposed to be. Max boost I get is 1bar, but the low end power is not explained by this but would be nice to have an idea of what fuel/air flow I should be expecting. I also struggle to find out how the ERG is supposed to work, I understand the principle of operation, but not what conditions it should be open or closed.
