  1. Hi Sheri1 I had exactly this problem when using audiobooks. I spent ages communicating with Lexus via the dealer and it was obvious they had no idea how to solve it. After numerous hours playing and reordering and experimenting and .....Zzzzz! My solution, which works perfectly for me (65 plate), was to write the files to the USB stick in the order I wanted them played. The unit plays them back in that order. It is, admittedly, a tedious process, but it worked. Adding 65 chapters of a book individually is daunting but I couldn't find any other way. Hope this helps Rob
  2. First Post! I have an NX300h F-Sport with the premium navigation system. I cannot get any album to play in the correct order on restarting the car. I browse in Album mode and pick something which plays happily in the correct order (Rather obsessive with file/track numbering software, Mp3tag is wonderful). However after stopping and starting the system switches to Folder mode and uses 'File number' which seems random, it bears no resemblance to the file name track name, track number or anything I can identify. This all makes it difficult to listen to a book or album like a bit of Floyd where the tracks need to be in order. Does this happen to anybody else? Can you listen to a USB audiobook through stop-start? Please let me know. My first negative experience of Lexus was at the service yesterday when it was suggested that no car could keep the current place memorised when stopped. My son's Fiesta does using the same files. I very nearly swore but then remembered they had lent me an RC 300h F-Sport for the day! Just don't mention the shuffle button cos I might just .... It's not that, and 4 USB sticks do the same, and in both ports. Any help would be appreciated as I need it to argue my case.
