hi there.been having this same issue with my is220d on a 09 plate with 78 on the clock.engine and traction control light on and been reading a egr flow on diagnostice.lexus plus side street garages carnt find a fault.had the egr changed and still going in and out of limp plus splutering and running rough.got a mechanic that sed a De decarbonize and a egr delete and remap might sort it.has anyone got any suggestions and how they got there's sorted.thanks..
