Sorry folks, but I'm in the states. My 2013 RX 350 just started making the very same noise. I'm trying to gather all info I can to present to Lexus. It's quite cold here and the noise can be heard with the ignition set to on and the engine not running. with the engine running and once everything has warmed up the noise goes away.
