Hi Greg, I had exactly the same problem with my CT and John(Britprius) put me right...I hadn't applied the parking brake. As soon as I put the brake on, everything worked perfectly. If you've made the same mistake as I did, you could be good to go. Regards Eltel

Didn't have the parking brake on ! Car was on level ground in the drive and I had forgot to put brake on,basic operator error on my part.I applied brake and video worked perfectly. Many thanks John and all others for their input.

Not moving.Was parked in the drive with car power on ready. I know from previous cars that a safety feature stops you from viewing whilst driving...really confusing when you can hear the film in the background.

Hi,I have a CT200h Premier 2013 and recently tried to play a new DVD but without success. The disc is recognised,it is the correct format but only sound from the film comes through.All music CD's play perfectly and there are no other problems with the navigation system and everything it controls.Am I missing something basic here or is it a job for main dealer? Any suggestions please?
