@ Eddieblock, your dials are on order and should be here in the next few days and will get them sent out asap.
@ Wout IS200, Willerstyle and Hawk77, your sets will be ordered tomorrow and i should have them by the end of the week.
@ Janey, can we change the colour of Ormi and Duv as they have now recieved and fitted their dials. Will help me get less confussed. Everytime i look at this thread it makes my head spin working out what set is going where etc etc.
Many thanks all,

fact is as Adrian Smith in his ISF, approached your stand which happened to be on the main route into the venue, he was stopped and asked to park up on your stand and told there was no Lexus stand
I hope he didn't think this was me barrie I just asked him if he was looking for the lexus owners club and at no point did i ask him park up on OJC, i only ran over as i thought it might be Looney (andy) and wanted to speak to him as he is from my neck of the woods.
Jason
-
Im not having a go or pointing the finger at anyone here but are you sure OJC where trying to pinch people when they arrived???
I was on the OJC stand and there there was a black ISF that came past us as he came in the top entrance, i ran over to speak to him and see where he was going. he rolled down his window and i simply asked 'Hi, are you looking for the Lexus Owners Club' to which he replied 'no, im looking for the Toyota Sprint Series stand' at that point i said 'im sorry i don't know where it is (at that point i didn't know ) but if you ask one of the marshalls im sure they can point you in the right direction'. There where a few other Lexi i approached and asked what stand they where looking for.
I hope that they didn't think that it was me that was trying to pinch people onto our stand That was never my intention at all, i was just trying to be helpfull to other Lexus owners. I am not aware of anyone on OJC that where oinching memebers
At the end of the day im getting really sick of this ***** and i just want to move on, i have always tried to remain impartial and i try my hardest to get on with everyone. Most people that know me will know the sort of person i am not one to hold a grudge or try and upset people. This is the sort of thing that can really just upset alot of people and i (and im sure im not the only one) for one just want to forget this crap and move on!!!!!

Hi J,
Is it ok to send all of them at the same address in OZ? I pressume that the postage would be much cheaper, right? How much it would be for all of them. Shouldn't be much anyway as they're not big or heavy. I would think that it would be somewhere between £3-£5.
Please confirm with the postage costs and I will send you a confirmation for this order.
Hi Mate,
If they are all going to the same address then i think £5 will cover it, it may be a little more but if it is then i will pay the difference. I just need the details of each one you want. From my understanding its 5 sets in total (3xmanual, 2xautomatic) can you confirm that they all have the Battery light in the same place?
Jason :D
Yep, the Battery light is on the same place as mine. Please let me know how much do I have to pay?
Pm'd :D

Just noticed that my dials (1st pic) and the dials from the first pic on page 1 are both XE-03, yet the car and battery symbols are reversed.
Knew somebody would pic that up :D That was fitted wrong, i didn't know about the changes in different years but that problem has now been fixed. Yours will fit 100% perfect mate :D

Here is a picture of the dials I haved and couple of friends have. Please let me know the type. If everything ok, I will order 4(four) of the Lexus/TRD ones option #4.
Cheers
You will be happy to know that on looking at them i can confirm they are the same as the XE-02 dial, or at least im 99% sure they are the same!
Here is a picture of another members dials.
If you compare the picture of these with the dials in the first post on this thread you will notice that the speedo needle (one in the middle) sits at a different position to the mph version. Its very suttle differemce but it makes a big difference when fitting them!
Can you confirm the year of everyones car that is involved in buying a set! After 2001 they changed the design, if you all have lexus that are pre 2001 then they will all be XE_02's if any of them are after 2001 then they may be the XE_04 version but again i WILL need to see pics if anybody has this year.
Jason :D
HI there,
Here is a picture of another one. Which type is this one?
Do you have any for automatics?
So at the moment I want 3 XE-02 for manual, Lexus/TRD version #4 type. I am waiting for your confirmation for the 4th(or 5th)couple of them have automatic and it looks just like the pic I posted above. That is a 2004 sports .
Thanks.
Hi Mate, The dials above will be the same as a XE_04. If you look at the battery/ car logo on the left hand rev dial you will notice that these are the other way round from your dials.
I need everyone involved to confirm that they have the Battery logo either to the left or to the right so that i can get the correct fitment, and yes i can do a automatic version :D
Jason
Hi Jason,
I want to get 5 XE-02 Lexus/TRD one design #4. 3 for manual and 2 for automatic. Please let me know your paypal address to make the payment. The baterry sign is same as mine(left). Cheers
So they all have the Battery logo on the same side as yours? Becasue the automatic version that you posted has the Battery logo on the other side? If your definately happy that they are all the same then im happy to start getting them made up. Also am i sending them all to the same address in OZ? Saves on postage this end, or am i sending them all to different addresses? I did get a quote on postage for one set to OZ and it worked out at about £3 so i can easily send them all to individual addresses.

*** Update ***
Got up to TGT to measure/check a few things on the buggy. They are going to be mega busy moving premesis and getting ready for JAE so think they may not get anything done this month, can't blame them really. However it will be back on next month and i will have more cash to fuel the work :D
I have started ordering a few more bits and they are slowly turning up, first was my race tow strap. Nice and light as there is not much to it but will easily pull the buggy if i get stuck in the gravel traps :D
Started looking at making up the induction pipework and location for the induction kit, Filter will be mounted in the side compartment and stick out the side of the car. This means it will be in direct air flow so should stay nice and cool :D you will be able to see the turbo in the first pic so it should be relatively short pipework which is good. Im thinking about relocating the oil filter and a oil cooler to the other vent on the side.
Also measured up a few bits on the front and im going to start looking at parts to start fixing the radiator in place and coolant pipework. :D Here is what the Fiat Chinqy rad looks like on the front, almost perfect fitment. The hoses coming off the rad will have to bend back around as they are quite close to the edge of the car but should be ok, and before anyone says the Battery will be going to the rear of the car.
I know its not really much of an update and it will go slow for a bit this month but will be back on with more speed next month.
As always people, comments are greatly recieved. :D

@ Hawk77
I believe your speedo will be the same as a XE02 if its a 99 model, but will need to see pictures to confirm this.
There are very subtle differences between every dial and i believe there are roughly 20 variations on Speedo clusters.
The xe01/xe02 is the earlier versions, xe01 is the uk pre 2001 UK speedo. The xe02 is the same dial but euro version. The euro and uk version have the centre dial needle rest in different locations and as your speedo is in Kph then should be the same as Euro version but will need you to post pictures up so i can confirm this!
After 2001 lexus changed a few things on the dials, they changed the volt and MPG gauges over in the centre and this doesn't effect the fitment of the dials. However they also swapped some parts round on the rev gauge that are important in getting the correct fitment.
If you can get pictures posted up of YOUR ACTUAL CLUSTER i will be able to confirm fitment.

*** Update Time ***
Got a few parts bought, a few on order and some to soon be on order and follow later.
Firstly got the new rear side vents ordered up from Xsport in basingstoke and they arrived early this week, need a little work but will sort these out soon and nothing too bad. These are being used to vent some air to a oil cooler and generally just cool the engine a bit.
Next came the Fiat Chinqy rad, now being mounted at the front of the car. Its only small i know but will have a couple of small spal fans added to the rear of it to help draw the air through it. Fits at the front of the car nice and snug though :D
My bro also gave me some Pajero indicators that he never used on his supra project so these will probably end up being molded into the custom front nosecone i will be making? This will mean that the arch's won't have to have the indicators mounted into them then and i can keep the nice clean lines.
Then today was spent moving the buggy to its new home for the foreseable future. TGT are moving and soon to be changing their name as they are going to start doing all Japanese cars rather than specialising in just Toyota's.
Got the buggy out and on the trailer, this is the first time any of us has seen it outside with its new fat ***** and to be honest i think it looks LOADS meaner and has a more racing look about it. Ignore the camber on the rear for the moment, the rear hasn't been fully finished yet so looks a bit low/crazy angles. Anyway, tell me what you think of the car now?
This picture really shows the profile of the car now, looks great, if i do say so myself :D
Back still needs some work, including a rear crash bar/light unit. not too sure what yet though??
Got it moved 10 or so miles down the road to its new HUGE home, makes the thing look even smaller when you see it inside the place. The glanza in the picture belongs to one of the guys that works at TGT.
Gives you some idea of the size of their new place
Buggy won't be worked on now for a little while as they have alot of stuff to move but i have said i have the money now to get back on it so engine/wiring/driveshaftwill be very soon :)
Also have ordered a Apexi turbo timer and should be here next week and will be ordering the powerflex poly engine mounts in the next few days along with a load more steel to finish off the frame.
thats it for the moment, any comments always welcome

Needs twin Zorsts.
Maybe but that will add weight
*** Update ***
I know updates on this slowed off for a little while but its all back on now as i really want this thing done.
Went up to TGT yesterday and spoke with James, he was welding the engine mounts in place when i turned up and hopefully engine will be in its final place in a few days. Meaning the next stage will be to get the custom drive shafts made up :D
Had a little talk and im going back to a front mounted radiator, best option really as there is limited room at the back, even though it has been extended. Battery will be getting moved to the rear and a fiat chinqy rad will be used up front as its PERFECT size and should easily be enough to cool it. Chinqy rad will be on order in the next few days.
On my way up to TGT yesterday i stopped of at a company called Xsport racing in basingstoke and had a little talk about some custom carbon/fibreglass parts.............watch this space :P
While i was there i borrowed a fibreglass vent and checked the fitment on the buggy. Looks good and will help vent some air to the engine and the oil cooler at the rear.
I would have taken some pictures but my camera on my phone was playing up so didn't really have a chance. The second i get home it starts working again!!!! time for a new phone me thinks!
Also my new seats arrived, god they are sexual. Custom made in white as black wouldn't be very good in hot weather. These things are mega light, roughly 4.5kg per seat. Can easily be picked up with one finger. Didn't bother with the padding as im intending on making something later. They have mounting points already built into the floor so they just bolt straight in.
anyway, Will let the pictures do the talking........
Comments always welcome guys.
Jason :P

Count me in for Saturday -- IS200
will be my first time...
... can you come back the next day? just in case...
Ticket price covers you for the whole weekend :D Only problem is i believe they have said that there will be limited vehicle movement during the day so if you want your car back on the stand then need to arrive morning. Although don't quote me on that :shutit:

Well, for those who didn't make the meet I can honestly say you missed a treat!!!
The topless jelly wrestling went down a storm, despite Steve's obvious flaunting of the rules by wearing a full mankini!! (Sorry the photo's were withheld by the developers on the grounds of poor taste) and the car park looked great- literally overflowing with Lexi !!
See you all at JAE....
HAHAHA Legend! Can't believe he was wearing that Mankini, he said he was just popping to the bar for a drink and he came out wearing it!
and thanks for the smoke sceen when you left, i almost chocked to death!

47.25 Hours and counting.
So what exactly is the beast Project or shouldn't I ask?
<Edit> - i just saw it is a link to a post but the photos are not showing for some reason? or is it just my PC? - other photos in posts show OK...maybe the Beast is having some super power over my PC ??
Lol - we'll have the Brute and the Beast on Saturday :D
Hahaha My little Beast won't be there on Sunday unfortunately as its not built yet, plus then it needs the IVA test. Plus with the weather we are having at the moment its not the best vehicle to use
