I have now sorted this, I had to change some settings on my phone and then select all contacts and share via bluetooth and it worked!

Thank you I did that and click contact sharing and it unclicks it!

Hi Just got the Samsung Galaxy S10 and it connects with in car phone system but when I try and transfer the contacts it displays error transfer unsuccessful anyone else having this problem, I suspect that my new phone has a newer version of bluetooth software!
