A long beep sound for my Rx 350 on ignition

It shows a key battery low warning.. I changed the key battery. But the beep is still there. -
I gave my car for a carwash recently. After that the car makes a long beep sound when i start the engine. But there is no warnings given on the dashboard. Anyone knows what it is about? Attaching a video of the same. VID-20190908-WA0000.mp4
