EFI relay is also ticking like no tomorrow and the security light also flashes like no tomorrow

Hi guys. Turned my car on the other day to this, fully charged battery yet the car has no power, the security light wont go out. The bulb light is on, all brand new bulbs. My fuel pump had gone a few weeks before other then that everything was good, now this. Any ideas? 20191123_114618.mp4
