lexus 430 is made before several years ago, ct200h its made in year 2011 started production always older technologies and engines will be more reliable than the newer ones..... So approximately how much life would be left in that small 4 cylinder engine , approximately do they last till 500,000miles at max or less or 🙂

i am simply considering the car i have not yet bought it - arent engine reliable or not, who will buy at max specs lexus ct200 and use it as a taxi , i heard about prius but ct200h? what failure i should expect of the parts since its very high mileage.

Hi there, Sellers never tell when or what its fixed or not, repairs are fixed at small village by the seller - so not lexus autorized repairs. What do you mean This is a very high mileage car with a small engine, synonymous with short life.???? Can you clarify, i was thinking these engines are rock solid, how much miles they can last are they unreliable or something ?

Hi i wonder, what is lexus ct200h suspenion is it aluminium or? Also how reliable is it compared to audi and other brands .

Hi people, here where i live in europe outside uk, we drive only left hand drive only, i recently found ct200h top of the range mark levinson audio stereo, including, year 2011 , the car is 300,000miles - at least it have service book, which is a lot, i have not checked it in real since its far away from me but i plan to see it soon, car cost around 10,000gbp keep in mind that in most parts of europe lexus is expensive even used, in service book i only see how many miles its been done service - but i dont know whats changed whats not i dont know if they were using outside that service book some non genuine parts- in such extremely high mileage - is it worth that car and what problems issues i should expect? should i replace all suspension like shocks/strusts all of them and brakes etcs or ? Please advice... also car have some real usage into the cabin plastics ,seats and other parts as well. owner told me thats its imported car and it had some minor front bonnet damage which he repaired and now he sale the car..

So car is bought used it had several owners, in regards of timing chail will i see check engine light on or how i will find out if its time for change? Also, can someone somehow check if ct200h have vdim or not because i cannot find other than information that all lexuses in the range have fitted with that but how i can be sure if it wasnt additional extra option per cost?

Hi people i am new owner of ct200h , my car is around 300,000 miles, used a lot from previous owners, i have some history of the car , can someone tell me where i need to replace timing chain, what is the miles/km interval, also what is the interval for shocks and springs etcs... also how much will parts for timing chain cost, i will do it in garage not lexus dealership. Please advice. Also are all of the ct200h have vdim fitted as standart if not how i can double check. thanks in advance.

can this Hybrid health check be done abroad on another country in lexus service center or its valid for uk in uk only ?

hi the engine of auris and ct200 is 1.8 yes auris uses same engine i guess - i forgot to mention it doesnt matter if its a auris or ct200 lexus car will be used not brand new so it wont be serviced at lexus it will be serviced at some independ garage but not official dealer/ship stealer ship. lexus is simply fancy toyota i cant do any work for my cars. i am not sure about engine code i know thats 1.8 hybrid and thats all. i already have driven prius with that engine and its great.

Hi people and happy new year i am divided between the two - lexus vs toyota auris hybrid of course both versions... so can u tell me how reliable is lexus ct200 vs toyota auris and how expensive is to run and also any major issues or flaws i will drive car in the city i dont care how fast is it i have car for outside town which is fine i dont care about sporty ride as well 🙂 my main concern is mainting bills and problems issues and repairs... is it true that for lexus after market parts are not widely available like toyota auris ? For example... are there any major issues with engine like eating a lot of oil or some other issues? Also how good is the suspension in the place where i live we have a lot of bad roads and a lot of deep potholes.... how reliable is it ? is it made from aluminium or and also can i replace ball joints or no such options any more ?

Hi i am thinking of getting gs300 first generation are they the most reliable cars and for what i should watch i am worried that car doesnt have service history, and may be the gearbox will be gone soon .......... i never driven lexus and i am worried not to be scamed or cheated , are parts expensive since its old model. Also do this cars have by factory standart stability program + traction control , also do they have cabin air filters? Can i install 15 inch wheels , are brakes any good? Can u tell me do they suffer from some rust somewhere or any serious flaws or damages etcs?
