I was not prepared to wait for a delivery timetable of 6 months so bought a 6 month old ex demo. being '2nd hand' I only get 1 year roadside assistance ☹️

I have owned my NX450h since January 23 and I received a letter advising that my car was subject to a recall to update some software concerning the forward facing camera. The fault is an excessive delay in responding to Lane Keep assist and Pre Collision Warnings - both considered a safety issue. Hope that helps

I have experienced this on 3 occasions in the last few days of icy weather. I have now had 6 Lexus models over 12 years and this is the first time I have encountered a problem. It is quite annoying when away from home as there is no access to 'warm' water to free it up and in this day and age why should it be necessary to warm the lock. I presume the NX450h is not sold in Canada or the northern states of the USA as I am sure their temperatures put the UK in the shade. Has anyone got a fix from a dealer yet? If not I will be reporting to my dealer and will report back
