I recently bought a 57 plate 220d.
Serviced with fuel filter, oil change, oil filter change air filter change brake bleed and coolant flush
Bought an ECU from leto performance (guys been great and really helpfull) with DPF EGR delete and performance increase as when i was cruising in 5th/6th gear i was getting slight hesitation/missing
So i thought that the egr/dpf was probably on the way out and for reliability id delete them, whilst increasing power.
WHen testing the new ECU, car cut out on a hard pull and gave me error code p0093 Fuel leak problem.
After research on the interwebs, i think its either faulty injector or a (hopefully) seals and orings on an injector.
My plan is to do the manual leak down test (with 4 containers and tube connected to the returns of the injectors to see which is the bad one) and then replace all injector seals and orings.
Problem is i cant find the orings for any sort of decent price, is it the same oring used in other cars and does anyone know where i can get them without being ripped off?
Tried to phone toyota direct today but couldnt get through. Part no im looking for is 96721-19017
