I had a similar issue with rain water getting in 'somewhere' around the rear roof area and leaving marks as described by Rich1068, both sides. Having removed the roof racks and rubber roof rack trim, there were clear cracks in the welding under that area. A bit of CT1 sealant on it and fingers crossed that'll fix it! I'll report back.
