A much simpler way is to use PCD's fuel system conditioner. It's a non combustible cleaning agent that is simply added to the correct fuel level in the tank and drive it for approx 80miles til empty. It also cleans the DPF & prevents water entering the fuel it works unbelievably well. Recently a friend saved himself a packet when his Jags dpf clogged and had it booked in for a clean. He cancelled that appointment for a cost of £30 instead. I've had the same success with it also.

Count me in. I would be ready to go as soon as they are ready. Equal length is preferable but good quality is paramount. A copy of an existing design would seem to be the only way of avoiding development costs and time?
