  1. HI I am having the same problem on my NX the subscription service is not working and Lexus Customer service have been working on this for a month.
  2. Last year I had the Wifi Hotspot added to my NX, my previous car a Land Cruiser Amazon V8 had one and it was most useful, all you did was add a sim car. I expected the same when I ordered one but SNOWS Exeter placed a unit which actually had not been officially released in the UK and it took three visits to Snows , for me an hour each way plus multiple calls and email's with Lexus Customer service and Snows and finally it worked and quite well for the first six months and now I have to purchase new data but the online payment service or via the Lexus App does not work. Lexus Customer Service department have been dealing with this problem since 5 March 2021 and still they cannot resolve, Has anybody else experienced this problem as understand from Lexus CS I am not the only one with this issue and have you been able to resolve?
