I bought a used 2018 NX F Sport from a Lexus dealer 9 months ago and this fault appeared last month, it got a software update today, however I was told that if that did not work I would need to pay for replacement sensors as my warranty is invalid. This is due to the last service being carried out to Lexus standards by a premium specialist which is closer to me than any dealership, even though this is a known fault and the service is irrelevant to the fault. I have had 4 new Lexus cars plus this used model from Lexus Edinburgh since 2014, this will be my last!
