    As title says. Thinking of changing my NX to RX mostly because I am a little dissapointed with boot and interior space. So what would i be getting for the extra 20 grand?

    Went to Centreparcs last week and driving to the lodge there were some very steep hills and exactly the same thing happened to me. High pitched whinning from the CVT and a strange burning smell. No problems on the 200 miles there or on the return trip. just the steep hills.

    Is it only me who, if my car is stolen, really doesn't want it back? Wouldn't know how it was driven or what damage had been done to shocks or frame. I really would rather get the insurance and buy another.

    And I have always wondered why the £8000 VAT should be included in their 'over £40000' calculation? That isn't the cost of the car, that's just cash for the government. If it was actually the cost of the car and lot more vehicles would come in under £40000.

    Thanks Ron. I have kept it on and it seems, fingers crossed, to have cured the problem. Funny cos I have always switched it off in the winter on every other car i have owned and not had this problem.

    Thanks for the replies. No dampness anywhere i can see or ingress of water. The rear window just mists up and won't clear. Dealer has said the locking wheel bolts should be available soon so will mention it when i book it in for that.

    Hi all, I seem to be getting a lot of interior condensation on rear screen. Anyone else have this problem. Not had it on any of my previous vehicles. Even putting the rear screen heater on isn't clearing it.

    Mine took about 30 minutes to do including the opening and closing all windows option. Now just have to return for the fuel filler cap when they have the parts.

    I was told that the opening and closing all windows option is in the engineers menu that just needs to be enabled by the dealer. You would think it would be enabled by default. I have asked the dealer to do the same when mine goes in friday for the 2nd key. Dealer told me it would be 40 minutes to code the key.

    Emailed my dealer last week and received this email today: "I’ve just checked the portal and it would appear that the key is now ready for ordering. I have forwarded this to my after sales team and they will call you".

    My previous car was an 80 grand BMW X6 with 22 inch run flats and air suspension and i have to say there is less shock through the car body over potholes on the Lexus than the BMW.
