  1. Looking like tomorrow, due to some admin error on the paperwork holding things up now. A good start to the weekend nonetheless!

Vehicle been sitting at the dealership, 15 mins along the road since Monday - deposit paid, paperwork signed yet I can't go and collect the car - Kinto One (arranging my business lease) state 'Toyota' have to verify the documents. This company seem to do everything within their power to draw out the process and put constant barriers in the way. All the more frustrating given how close by the car is!
  3. Earlier in the process my contact at Lexus told me she couldn't provide me with an update as she was 'in an office' and had 'no way' of contacting the factory in Japan 😂
  4. Hi, Does anyone have a direct contact for anyone at Lexus customer services? Emailed the generic email and a week on I've still not had any response. Not very optimistic of getting my car on the revised delivery date of 29th. Thanks,

  6. my dealer told me to expect delivery of my NX350h on or around 12th May. This date came and went with no sign of the vehicle. She has just been in touch with me this morning to say it's been delayed a further week due to increase checks required due to new rules from Europe - whatever that means. It's already been assigned a registration and is in the country which makes it even more frustrating. Anyone experienced something similar? The communication has been awful, surely Lexus were aware of these increased checks that are supposedly required, they can't have just sprung them upon them.

  8. I only added it yesterday to be fair, so may take a while to feed through. I emailed the dealer for more info, she says it's been shipped but cant provide me with the name of the ship to track . . .

I've now been able to add my vehicle to mylexus and have downloaded the lexus link app but can't see any feature to track my order status, can anyone advise where I'd usually find this on the website and/or app? It may be because it's been ordered by a business rather than directly by myself as a retail customer but just wanted to check. Thanks,
  10. Hello all, New poster here! Got an NX350h on order with an ETA of 5th June. In your experience, how long does shipping take to the UK? Just trying to estimate when it will likely be shipped. I’ve been supplied with a VIN number but I believe tracking via MyLexus isn’t available to non-retail customers. Cheers!
