  1. No unfortunately not 🥺 The app needed a refresh this morning so I was slightly hopeful. In the end, it still says "activating" on the connected services bit.
  2. Hi all, I picked up my NX 350h on Wednesday, and the Connected Services are not activating. I have been to the dealer, and they have confirmed the vehicle details and my email address on the database. But the "Connected services are waiting to be activated" - and it is over 48 hours now. The smart services work fine, as far as I can tell. We have also logged a case with Lexus UK. Has anybody else had this? Anything I can do in the meantime to try and get it activated? My car had the upgraded big screen (Lexus link pro??), if that makes a difference. Thanks
