Hello there recently my lexus has been scratched by a key or some sort of thing since its pretty deep in some areas in my local LIDL parking area in the rear tailgate its a small/medium size scratch and i want to get the paint code of the car so i can get a paint pen or touch up pen to simply fill the paint back in Can you please tell me where the paint code is located for a 2012 Lexus RX450h and if you know any paint pens because i checked my local halfords and they dont have any for lexus at all Thank you

Hello there since the uk is now enrolling slower speed limits from 30 mph to 20mph in most of the streets that i live at. and 40mph to 30 mph (excluding some roads such a dual carriage ways) I would like to know how to update the sat navigation of my 2012 Lexus RX450h as all of the streets that are 20mph are displayed as 30mph which makes it confusing for me sometimes. So anyways i would like to know how to update the sat navigation to a modern one as i just checked it is a 2012 Navigation and i would like the newest one which might have these new speed limits. Thank you

Hello there as you might know i own a 2013 Lexus RX450h and i have a question about its headlights and its features. You see my lexus comes with the bi-xenon headlights not the led ones and i was driving on a piece of road with my high beams and i thought my car had auto high beams as given i read that it has the Headlights - IAFS - Intelligent Adaptive Forward Lighting from the sale listing on auto trader i thought i was in the clear it didn't take long for other cars to flash me showing that my highbeam is on. I was very confused on why it has done this. So my question is that does the 2012 Lexus RX450h bi-xenon headlamps come with auto high beam if so how do i enable it so it can work maybe i didn't enable it properly and yes before you ask my headlamps were placed on auto as i always do this.

Update about 2 to 3 Weeks ago i have installed a "ghost immobliser" in my lexus drove somewhere for a professional who services lexus as well in his own workshop to install it i didn't know what he specifically done but he did disconnect a lot of stuff to go put in this "ghost immobliser" and i think he had to disconnect the battery, Just today as i always thought the boot is broken and i yet again have to close by hand but i thought why not and pressed the button. Turns out it just hard reset or something because the boot magically closed. Thank you for all the suggestions

Hello there not to sound like im stupid but i think its obvious but just to double check is there a Auto Hold Feature for the 2013 Lexus RX450h? I don't want to sound dumb but my previous Mercedes C350e had auto hold and it was sometimes a great feature especially when im stuck in heavy traffic with little to no movement

I haven't checked yet but I'm pretty sure i am still valid since it has been serviced by lexus by the previous owner ever since she bought it on the 24th of December 2013 and has been servicing it via lexus warranty ever since. Though now thinking about it. it is over 11 years old now because it is actually registered as a 2012 with 13 plates, so I am not sure if i am still eligible for it. But it has just 58,000 miles Im sorry for being confusing i just don't know if i am eligible or not

No fortunately I have bought it from a private sale from a relatively old lady around 58 I dont think shes the one to blame i think these problems occur very often for these cars, I've seen a video now on youtube on an RX350 no the hybrid though that he had the same problem and he just removed the negative terminal for about 15 seconds (varies) and magically it just opened again? I don't know if this is entirely true

I've checked at the glove box and it shows that it is active

Hello there i just bought a 2013 Lexus Rx450h and later this afternoon i put my stuff into the boot and prior i opened it with the key button and it opened like regular as i put my stuff in i pushed the button and it closed but stopped 3/4 of the way there and beeped and opened back up since i was in a rush i made it close again 3/4 of the way and with a hand helped it close it later i went with my family to a pub to go eat and drink and i put my stuff it opened but this time couldn't close at all so i closed it manually after coming back i tried with the key it wouldnt open or close now so i am forced to close it manually i dont mind closing it manually but it is annoying knowing you have a power tail gate but cant even have the right to use it Can you tell me why this has happened? Thank you
