I have spoken again to Lexus, and they confirmed you can only have one main driver, all others will be guest. When I queried this, they said that they haven't had any problems

I have just purchased UX250h Fsport deign. If I try to add my wife as a profile, it deletes my profile. She can only drive the car aa a Guest, which is upsetting. I was led to believe you could have multiple profiles so more than one driver could be recognised, but I can not do this. Help anyone.
