  1. Selling the sill plates that came on my 2010 ISF as I managed to find a set of illuminated sill plates. Very good condition. 1 button clip missing, can be used from your old ones. Can post at your expense or collect from Sutton SM1 £50
  2. Probably, but I'm pretty happy at the moment with with the RCF alloys fitted 😉 Besides I've still got to sort out my coilovers 😐
  3. In the process of painting my calipers Orange 😄
  4. LOL 72mph is far too slow I've yet to try my cruise control 😊
  5. Didn't know that there is a cruise limiter. What's it at?
  6. Mines fitted with RCF alloys and offset is a bit more aggressive. 255 Front and 275 Rear. Rears slightly rub, so will be raising the rears slightly. And as Ivacerk said, these cars look better with beefier tires.
  7. Has anyone opened the OEM headlights and converted the original DRL in the headlights to switchback sequential indicators? I had actually got a set of HCMotions RGB headlights to go on my ISF 🫣 , but after trial fitting 1, didn't like the look, so will be selling them 🙂
  8. The RS*R coilover spring rates are 12kg front and 9kg rear. So already on the stiffer side. They have been pretty good considering the roads here, so guessing I'll stick to the same springs, especially as I'll never track the car.
  9. Not a problem buddy. That's exactly what I've been doing. Heat and penetrating fluid. Using a 50/50 mix of diesel & aviation hydraulic fluid as that's what I've read that the RAF mechanics used to use to good effect. Got them more or less freed. Fingers crossed the rears are good.
  10. I've got pretty much the same unit as yours Dave. The sellers all say that I need a canbus adaptor to make the Android units to work in my car, guessing it will be the same for you. I haven't yet taken the step to Android, but hopefully in the near future 🤞
  11. Rich, 20/14 may be good for handling, but not on these pothole infested roads and the repairs are just as bad with the potholes emerging within months. I'm gonna go with the default UK suggested springs of 10/8 and if if find it too soft, I'll move the front springs to the rear and get set of 12's for the front so it will be 12/10.
  12. Tks Jon for all that info 👌 Tried various ways to free it but no luck. Given more time, I probably would free it, but I just don't have the time these days...
  13. That's a good idea. No local firms that I know, will need to check, and all depends on their hourly rate. The front 2 are seized. Not yet checked the rear..
  14. Been looking around and will probably go 10 front and 8 rear. Does that sound about right? What spring rates are you'll running?
  15. Lookinng to get BC coilovers. What's the ideal spring rates I should look for considering the dismal state of our roads. Currently the car is on RS*R coilovers but the bottom height adjusters are so tight, I can't get them undone.
  16. Is that the throttle body? Then you my lucky friend have the larger diameter i-code throttle body. Not jealous 😉
  17. Thanks, as had a look their website and nothing listed for the ISF. Also had a look at sites in Japan , and them pads are really expensive and sold as a pair per corner. Guess I'll be going EBC YellowStuff as that's what I got on my Celica GT4 and bite is good even cold, but a bit dusty.
  18. As I've got my brakes in pieces, just weighed 1 and it comes to 12.1 kg each
  19. Anybody on here tried these? 2 piece front and rear rotors https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254431062493?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=Bj-bYKooRNS&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=CsdE739QQ0C&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254431063205?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=Bj-bYKooRNS&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=CsdE739QQ0C&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY
  20. Agreed, LEMS RunRiot parts are silly expensive - just paying for a name at the end of the day as I'm sure that equivalent parts are cheaper. Check out their website
