Lexus Is200 2001: Foglights are not working, what i have tested: Fuses, all ok. New bulbs, and one new connector. Ignition only, foglight socket is reading 5v when turned off. Fogs on, reading 5/7v when fogs are turned on and any other lights are activated voltage shoots up to 5-12 and fluctuates at the fog light socket. Any suggestions on how to fix this? im just left that the wiring loom is damaged somewhere.

Hi, Not sure if you got it sorted or not but check to see if the car has had the "Throttle Mod" done to it. haven't done it my self but its known to struggle to idle until it comes up to temp.

Hello guys, My Is200 has a engine light that appears after 15/20mins of straight driving. Doesn't feel down in power or smoke or anything. I fully tightened the fuel cap as I thought that was it but sure enough came back when driving again the next day. Ill get the Mechanic to scan it anyways when i get a chance, but would anyone have any ideas? I was thinking something to do with the Nox sensors but I thought when any of them are faulty it shows a flashing EML and TRC lights Thanks for any suggestions anyhow.

Hi Guys, I recently purchased a project 2001 Lexus is200. The car was sitting up a while before I bought it and ive been fixing some mechanical issues and the infamous rusty sills. However, my sunroof motor doesn't work and when I went to have a look between the headliner and the sunroof I noticed that the frame of the sunroof seemed to be badly rusted. Ill attach Pictures. Is it worth trying to fix it or should I just get a replacement altogether. And if replacing the sunroof is it a big job? Thanks.

Yeah id have a fun time trying to fit anything from the rear on the normal saloon 😄 Got sorted with a front wing anyways

Hi guys, I have a 2001 IS200 and the sunroof wont open. when i press the tilt button i can feel two like pulses through the button which i presume is the motor that's located above it. Anyone know what the issue could be? Broken motor or something just any insight before i go stripping half the car apart😄 Thanks

Hi Guys, Anyone know if the front quarter panels on the sport cross Is200 are the same and will fit the normal saloon is200. Thanks.
