Sunroof replacement - rust

Hi Guys,

I recently purchased a project 2001 Lexus is200. The car was sitting up a while before I bought it and ive been fixing some mechanical issues and the infamous rusty sills. However, my sunroof motor doesn't work and when I went to have a look between the headliner and the sunroof I noticed that the frame of the sunroof seemed to be badly rusted. Ill attach Pictures.

Is it worth trying to fix it or should I just get a replacement altogether.

And if replacing the sunroof is it a big job?
