    I tried to change the steering wheel position but the sound is still there. It’s like there is something clacking behind the steering wheel, doesn’t seem from the wheels or suspensions

    It seems like the noise comes from the steering wheel and not from the tyres or suspension, I don’t hear any sound when turning at full lock. If I rotate it quicker I feel it louder, if rotated slowly I can barely hear it

    Hi Ken! I cannot hear the noise while I’m driving, as with the wind and engine sound it’s a bit tricky. That’s why I’d like to get your feedbacks as you can see if the you have the same noise at stop. Let me know, thanks!

    Hello guys, I noticed the driver’s door to clack while being opened or closed. I tried to see if the screw are well tightened and that’s the case, also added some lithium grease in the hinges but the noise is still there. I attach the video at the post.     I solved the issue with some simple WD-40! To maintain the effectiveness of lubrication over the long term, I purchased this SIlicone Lube, perfectly compatible with the trunk lift struts materials 🙂 2'500 EUR avoided from dealership!

    Aaahhh.. that's why! Yes i believe you're correct on this! It's for BEVs or also PHEVs.. Well so for hybrids cars, therefore the pnly important fact is that the hybrid health check is fine

    Yes I did it this week and all is fine, Lexus said they’ve no idea on how to check the residual capacity of the traction battery.. So I think even if in the warranty contract for used Lexus, there is the possibility to replace the battery if the capacity is below 66%, in the real world they’ll never do it until the hybrid health check will say something is wrong.. Btw I find the consumption still high for an hybrid ..

    Hello guys, “I noticed” this loud noise from the trunk arms when closing / opening it, do you have any suggestions to solve it? I heard Lexus changed 3 times the supplier of the arms for some recalls until the v3 seems to work. Anyone that has passed from this experience or recall? Let me know thanks!     I recently bought the nx, she has already 7 years so the battery has probably a reduced capacity. I’m not able therefore to know the consumption in the earlier stages of her life

    Sure, but on a larger scale, recalls for security are more expensive and I’m sure we know about this security problem but the majority of Toyota or Lexus users don’t. Starting such kind of recalls will make an impact on also all those who had no idea of these things and Toyota probably is worried of the media coverage it can result in
