  1. Same dilemma here. The YCP isn’t available yet to my knowledge but as it’s narrower and higher it may win out for me. Also don’t like a can of spray foam as a spare wheel although it wouldn’t be a deal breaker. Just have to try both when available. I do fancy the Tacomi edition with better sound proofing and memory seat though…
  2. I would’ve looked elsewhere too - but up to 10 years warranty on Toyota/Lexus is a no brainier for me. Just extra cautious I guess…
  3. I did have a look at the LBX the other day - the Tacumi variant. Ride height nothing special for sure. I think for real Lexus quality you need to look at the UX upwards. I remember the Mercedes A class didn’t feel much like a Mercedes back in the day. Same applies here I think.
  4. Yes my bad. It’s 130bhp. Still more powerful than the standard Yaris which to me seems underpowered.

  6. For me it’ll be a toss up between the car you’ve driven and the Yaris Cross Premier edition which also has the bigger output of 134hp. The Cross I think rides higher than the LBX by a few cms and is also less wide by about 5cm which is better for my nervous mrs.
  7. Will be moving on from my Toyota Auris this year and being of the elderly club, fancy something higher off the ground where I don’t feel as if I’m pot holing when I get in it. So it’s either the Yaris cross Premium or the LBX so watching the thread with interest.
  8. I’d never pre order a car I hadn’t seen or driven. Respect to those who do.
